This weeks blog post is on a thee most perfect brunch spot. khaleo is located in The Club in Waterkloof and it sports a very aesthetic ambience, and everything from the decor to the coffee and food is beautiful in every way.
The large mural of bright colours and the hanging plants gives it a cozy and somewhat enchanting feel. With the option to sit outside and inside it makes for the perfect place to chill with family and friends. They also have free WiFi making it a good spot to have a business meeting or do some work. The convenient coffee bar also makes it the ideal spot to pick up a coffee on the go.
I ordered their tall cappuccino which was pretty decent. I loved the size of the cup and it was well made. They offer a variety of coffee drinks as well as some interesting lattes such their Melktert Latte. As a personal preference I would recommend that you get a double shot if you like your coffee strong. Khaleo also roasts their own beans so you also have the option to take their delicious coffee home.
Besides the good coffee Khaleo also has a really tasty menu and freshly baked goods. I tried their Melktert cheesecake, it was absolutely delicious. The presentation was also gorgeous.
Overall, I absolutely loved visiting Khaleo. The cafe is so beautiful and the excellent service, good coffee and vibrant atmosphere earned them a 7 bean rating.
